Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Freelance Automation Consultant to collaborate with our team on a project basis. This role involves designing and implementing automation and integration solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating workflows, integrating various platforms, and developing custom automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Automation & Integration: Design and implement automation solutions that streamline workflows and integrate various platforms such as Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and others.
  • CRM Optimization: Overhaul and customize CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) to streamline sales processes, including automation of tasks, reminders, and email communications.
  • Order Management & E-commerce Automation: Automate order update processes for e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, ensuring accurate reflection of booking changes in associated systems.
  • Efficient Workflow Design: Utilize Make.com and other tools to design efficient workflows, particularly for integrating services like Airtable and Google Sheets.
  • Custom Solution Development: Develop custom APIs or solutions for specific integration challenges, including but not limited to connecting chat services with databases or CRMs.
  • Operational Efficiency Improvement: Analyze existing processes and configurations in platforms like Airtable, suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Client-facing Portal Development: Construct client-facing portals with integrated functionalities for documentation collection, landing page services, and CRM integration.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in automating and integrating platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n,...) for business operations.
  • Strong technical skills in using automation tools and in developing custom integration solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to overcoming integration challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a remote, freelance environment.
  • Passion for technology and efficiency, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions to clients.
  • Basic knowledge in Sales Processes and setup in various CRM Systems
